Job Description & Requirements
Manage post-installation relations to secure high customer ratings.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling onboarding calls with clients post security system installation.
- Checking system satisfaction, explaining warranty claims, and collecting reviews.
- Pitching Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to existing retail clients.
- Working with tech dispatch teams to resolve customer complaints on time.
Requirements:
- High empathy, outstanding listening skills, and structured problem resolution.
