Job Description & Requirements
Provide software-related support and remote configuration for client installations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with remote setup of CMS (Central Management System) for cameras.
- Setting up network databases, backup sync, and email alert rules.
- Resolving app errors, login issues, and software license activations.
- Documenting software configuration guides and FAQs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network permissions, and remote apps (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and telephone communication skills.
