Job Description & Requirements
Join our engineering team to manage high-end CCTV troubleshooting and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty security cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and power supplies.
- Troubleshooting video loss, IP conflict, and recording issues.
- Handling warranty replacement coordination and vendor repairs.
- Regular preventive maintenance visits to client sites.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IP network settings, port forwarding, and switch configuration.
- Hands-on experience with top brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, and Dahua.
